• My Response days: Tuedays are “response days” where I will respond back to any WIN’S you’d like to share or questions you have. You may email me throughout the week but can expect to receive my responses on Tuesdays.

• BEST MEANS OF COMMUNICATION: Email is the best means of communication with me in between sessions. You may email me at nicole@nicolemco.com. Please ensure these emails are not going to your spam folder.

• WHAT TO DO IF YOU MISS APPOINTMENT: What happens if you have to change the time of your appointment? You will have till November 15th (as space allows) to reschedule any appointments you have missed. Please note if you have not done so by this date, our new client schedules begin on the 15th, and you will forfeit your sessions with me. Please use the link to previously provided link to schedule these with me.

• LEARN ABOUT NICOLE’S AVAILABILITY: Monday’s and Friday’s are current available days to book your coaching calls with me.

  Because I love to provide my clients with easy wins, one of the biggest tips I can give my clients is to book each session on the same day and time whenever possible. This newly defined habit (“same day, same time”) works to ensure easy goal productivity for this as well as anything else you do in your life. Please note, your appointment is not secured, until you’ve secured it at the link.

• Please remember to add your bookings to your calendar and add the Zoom link, this way you won’t miss our time together! You will receive an automatic email confirmation reminding you of our scheduled time together. This will be your official confirmation and no other followup is needed.

• For each Session: My hope is you’ll learn more of your truest desires, inner wisdom, and learn new habits that provide better overwell life balance, learn about setting outlined defined boundaries, re-establish self-belief in your dream goals, and determine possible blocks that cause reason for any hardships or obstacles, and mindset shifts with the use of tools practices and new rituals to start lifting you into your future version of self.

• Action Item Take-Aways and practice tools will be linked documents for added lifestyle support which are sent either via email or linked here (at various points in your program with Nicole). Please review this page in between our sessions.
