Exhale stress and worry and Inhale ease and relaxation ….
One of the most important things we have all realized our life is that we feel most aligned with life when it is going our way, we’re happy and we’re in harmony with our business and personal choices. But, something we have a hard time keeping at the forefront of our minds as a whole society is that time spent out in nature and away from the constant plethora of technology bombarding us heals us. It heals our minds, heals our stress levels, heals our relationships being more present for ourselves and others, and yet we have the hardest time doing it as much as we should based on our need. One of the most beautiful places on earth is among the mustard seeds in vineyards of Napa Valley. Nature is what caused me to move to Napa Valley. We can find this kind of environment to refresh our perspective of life anywhere we choice to smell the soil beneath our feet, or a place where we are able to get back in touch with a deeper part of ourselves finding the stillness in the moment.
ACTION ITEM - Habit Shift:
Part 1
I would encourage you to take a moment to review the time you’ve spent in nature this week and regardless of your answer ask yourself how you can plan to make more time for this in your life on a more consistent basis.
A good way to do this to keep the habit is by planning a same time per day on any given days you designate as “out in nature days.” This will allow the habit to be more easily in place and a regularity. We’re often so busy in our lives that we must even do it before we’re ready in order to see the shift happen.
Part 2
I want you to think back about a time where you spent time out in nature lasting longer than 1 hour without looking at your phone. What transpired for you after doing so? Did you feel at ease and all was well in your world? Nature has a way of doing that for us, let us step away from the world of worries we’ve set upon ourselves. Much of our worries are only that worries and a majority of them never ever happen.
Today, live like no other day and be within you again…within your world immersed in a world of ease …doing whatever that is that gets you there (to that place of ease in your life).
From this alone, you will most alive. You deserve it.
