Productive Starts For Your Day ....
The first starts to a PRODUCTIVE DAY | are some of the most simple yet EFFECTIVE ones in making such dramatic shifts
Just the way we start our day depicts the rest of what is to come. What we have in our mind as we start can really shape the rest.
As I start my day, I start with a pause to reflect and to make sure I breathe in the air outside, taking a look at the sky giving thanks for what I have today to be thankful for. I feel the moment of the simplicity in seeing the sky, feeling the beautiful breeze, and sound of the birds chirping. What ever the weather or climate may be, we can always appreciate what has been given. This simple act is a way of appreciating not only the moment but also life itself overall. It’s in these moments when we are subconsciously pre-determining what we intend for our day.
In this time of reflection, we are literally planting the seeds for what’s to come. Good seeds can be planted that bring on flourished outcomes if we are conscious to think of all that we have, or bad seeds planted from negative thought can lead more the same in nature to come in, resulting in unproductive outcomes if allow it. Looking outside, breathe in positivity of the moment at hand, see the good in the moment itself. We have more of a decision in this than we believe to be true.
Starting the day off in a healthy way with a fresh drink or smoothie mixed with fresh produce, and healthy ingredients can have an impact on fueling in body and mind; setting you up for a productive, positive, vibrant day.
Flax seed along with cacao and superfood powders can have an impact on your brain power, focus, and energy levels bringing on more positive for your day. Next, what can awaken the soul more than your favorite tunes. Starting your day off this way at the start, will awaken a sense of positive vibes and in turn having a way of contributing to making you fully functioning. Leaving your bed in a good state reminds you of what worth and care you place on your self and also your day to day activities. Next live purposefully by making your bed with joy and care to bookend your day from start to finish where you start and end your day with a made bed. Think about how treasured you’ll feel at the end of the day when you return to your already neatly bed with such care. You’ll feel like a guest in your own home and you’ll feel more put together in mindset and in your space. Also, each time you pass by your bed throughout the day, it will be a reminder of subtle feelings of accomplishment replacing any feelings of apprehension or negatives throughout the day.
These simple but day harnessing moments can literally start your day off on the right foot shaping your day.
What will you do today? Try this out and see the effects by instilling these action items for a week. If you’re already doing much of this, try changing the way you do each item so you feel renewed in the newer process and can let the mundane of it go by the waist-side to fully appreciate the process of living purposefully.
Feeling the moment is key vs. rushing through the process by which we do anything. Take pride in the simple moments of live and it will have a ripple effect on our lives.
